Order Changes & Cancellations:
Requests for order changes or cancellations after payment has been processed will be accommodated where possible. However, due to our fast warehouse processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been packed or shipped.
Refund Process:
Customers may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or partial credit at our discretion. To qualify, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request product photos or require the item to be returned to assess and process your request.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
